Connections
Connections is where users manage service authorizations for the selected brand. From this page, users can connect, review, or reconnect external providers such as social networks, storage services, and other integrations required for publishing workflows.
The connection status determines which channels are available in the composer and whether scheduled publishing can run successfully. If a connection is expired, missing permissions, or disconnected, some publishing, reporting, media, or account management features may be limited until the provider is reconnected.
